These are donuts are quite delicious and also very easy to make! I got the recipe from here.
1 can of refrigerated biscuits (The recipe uses Grands but I just used the Safeway brand, which are called Jumbos)
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/3 cup melted butter
1. Preaheat oven to 350 degrees. Place biscuits on a cutting board and cut a hole in the middle of each. I used the narrow opening of a water bottle for this, but you could also use a prescription bottle or something else.
2. Mix the cinnamon and sugar together in a small bowl. Dip biscuits in butter, coating the entire surface and shaking off the excess before dipping in the cinnamon sugar and placing on an ungreased cookie sheet.
3. Bake for 14 to 18 minutes until golden brown.
Tip: You can also use the parts you cut out o make little donut holes. Yum!
