Peanut Butter Crunch Balls Recipe!

I made these last weekend and they were super yummy! And easy to make, too! I have a few suggestions if you decide to make them as well. I used a combination of Golden Grahams and Cinnamon Toast Crunch for the cereal, but you can use others, like Rice Krispies, but you wouldn't need to crush those because they are already pretty small.  Also, use a cereal with only one type of particle, like Mini Wheats, versus Honey Bunches of oats, which has a bunch of different stuff in it. Or, if you'd rather save the cereal for breakfast, you can simply make this recipe minus the cereal. Good taste, minus the crunch. Have fun!
Ingredients
4 cups of your preferred cereal
2 cups plus 1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 cup peanut butter
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
2 tablespoons milk
2 tablespoons vanilla

Directions

  1. Crush the 4 cups of cereal into smaller pieces if needed. Set aside.
  2. Combine 2 cups of the powdered sugar with the cocoa powder in a large bowl. Set aside the other 1/2 cup of powdered sugar.
  3. Stir in peanut butter, milk, vanilla, and crushed cereal until stiff enough to form into balls.
  4. Form each ball and roll in powdered sugar.
  5. Place in the freezer for 30 minutes if desired, or eat them warm.
  6. Enjoy!
